Get involved: Upcoming engagement opportunities

We're continuing to engage with the community as technical studies progress and the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) is prepared for the Magpie Hill Solar Farm.

Join the Mint Renewables team to learn more about the Poject, hear updates on the technical studies underway, including early findings, and share your questions, feedback and local knowledge. Community input plays an important role in helping us understand local values and considerations as the project evolves.

Upcoming events:

• Technical Webinar: Fire | 26 August, 6:00pm-7:00pm (Online - Register below)
  Hear from a fire expert about the fire assessment being undertaken for the Project, including how bushfire risk, emergency response and mitigation measures are being evaluated and managed. 

• Pop-up Session | 27 August, 2:00pm-5:30pm (Outside Corang Estate Cellar Door)
  Stop by for a quick chat with the Project team, hear about EIS preparation, ask questions, and learn about upcoming engagement opportunities. 

• Technical Webinar: Amenity | 1 September, 6:00pm-7:00pm (Online - Register below)
  Hear from Project specialists about the visual amenity, landscape and noise assessments, including how potential impacts are identified, evaluated and managed. 

• Social Impact Assessment Survey | Throughout August and September (Register below)
  AAP Consulting is preparing the Social Impact Assessment (SIA) for the Project. As part of the research informing the SIA, AAP Consulting is seeking feedback from neighbouring landholders and members of the local community through a survey. Survey responses and data collected will help identify potential social impacts and inform the assessment process. The survey will close Monday 14 September.

Meet with the Project team to explore the latest Project updates, learn about the studies informing the EIS, discuss early findings, and share your questions, feedback and local insights.
