Committed to a better future

We care about what we do and how we do it.

Mint Renewables is committed to best practice Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles to ensure we positively impact society and the environment. Embedding these principles into everyday decision-making and operations, as well as long-term plans and strategies, is critical to the success of our business and the broader renewable energy sector. We are deeply committed to working responsibly, ethically and in full compliance with our obligations. We must balance business growth and performance with protecting and enhancing the environment and the well-being of our people and communities.

Mint Renewables has policies and procedures that reflect our commitment, including:

  • As a signatory to the Clean Energy Council’s Best Practice Charter for Renewable Energy Developments, Mint Renewables is committed to engage respectfully with the communities in which we plan and operate projects, to be sensitive to environmental and cultural values and to make a positive contribution to the regions in which we will operate.

  • As a signatory to the Clean Energy Council’s Best Practice Charter for Renewable Energy Developments, Mint Renewables is committed to upholding the highest standards in responsible development. Each year, the Clean Energy Council publishes reports showcasing how signatories are putting the Charter into practice. These reports highlight how companies like Mint are working to build strong relationships with the communities in which we operate, including First Nations communities by respecting cultural and environmental values, minimising impacts on agriculture, prioritising co-land use, and making a meaningful contribution to regional areas.
